Yoga Nidra

Nourish your mind and body with a deeply restoring guided meditation, accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal and brass bowls. Yoga Nidra is a meditation technique that has been referred to as "yogic sleep", during which the reclining practitioner is guided to a deep, yet conscious, state of relaxation.

During this workshop, we will spend some time in yin and restorative asana, to prepare the body for the Nidra exploration.

Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a journal/notebook should you wish to record any thoughts or sensations after.
